Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application environment.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- Experience in configuring and customizing packaged or software as a service applications to meet business needs.
- Strong understanding of application programming interfaces and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms and tools used for application development and support.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain system stability and performance.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and compatible solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Conga CPQ.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
