Job Title: Soft Services Trainer – Facilities Management (Housekeeping & Hospitality).

Job Purpose
The Soft Services Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for housekeeping and hospitality staff within facilities management operations . The role ensures service excellence, compliance with FM standards, hygiene protocols, and customer satisfaction across all hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development
· Design and deliver structured training programs for housekeeping, hospitality, and soft services staff.
· Train staff on cleaning techniques, equipment handling, chemicals, and PPE usage.
· Develop training materials, SOPs, manuals, presentations, and practical demonstrations.
Housekeeping Operations
· Train teams on daily, periodic, and deep-cleaning procedures.
· Educate staff on floor care, restroom sanitation, room cleaning, and public area upkeep.
· Ensure adherence to hygiene, infection control, and waste management standards.
· Promote best practices for sustainability and eco-friendly cleaning.
Hospitality & Customer Service
· Train staff on hospitality etiquette, grooming standards, and professional conduct.
· Enhance customer service skills, communication, and complaint handling.
· Promote a guest-focused approach aligned with brand and client expectations.
· Support front-of-house service standards where applicable.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
· Conduct audits, assessments, and on-the-job evaluations.
· Monitor service quality and recommend corrective actions.
· Support ISO, NABH and internal quality management system.
Performance & Reporting
· Assess trainee performance through practical and theoretical evaluations.
· Maintain training records, attendance, and competency matrices.
· Provide feedback to supervisors and management.
· Identify training gaps and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping and hospitality operations

- Practical understanding of cleaning chemicals, machinery, and safety procedures

Qualifications & Experience
- Hospital Experience will be added advantage
- Diploma or Certification in Hospitality, Housekeeping, or Facilities Management
- Certified Trainer / Train-the-Trainer qualification preferred
- 3–7 years of experience in housekeeping or hospitality within FM or hotel environments
- Prior training experience is mandatory
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
