We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media cum SEO Executive to manage our digital presence across social media platforms while improving our website's search engine rankings. The ideal candidate should have a balance of creative content skills and technical SEO knowledge, with the ability to grow brand visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Write compelling captions, blogs, and promotional copy.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors to produce high-quality creatives.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build online communities.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
- Stay updated on social media trends and recommend new content ideas.
SEO
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website pages for on-page SEO, including titles, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking.
- Support technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve issues.
- Execute ethical off-page SEO strategies, including backlink building.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Track keyword rankings and identify opportunities to improve organic traffic.
- Assist in creating SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and website content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing and SEO.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- Meta Business Suite
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager (preferred)
- SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog
- Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
- WordPress or other CMS platforms
Preferred Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Canva AI for content creation.
- Knowledge of AI SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
