We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to promote and sell our Software, Digital Marketing, Website Development, and IT Solutions services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, giving product demonstrations, building relationships, and closing sales.
This is primarily a field sales role requiring regular visits to schools, colleges, coaching institutes, retailers, wholesalers, and small businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit schools, coaching institutes, colleges, retailers, and businesses to generate sales opportunities.
- Identify decision makers and schedule meetings.
- Demonstrate software products and explain service offerings.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Generate new leads through field visits, references, networking, and local market activities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Prepare quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals.
- Maintain customer relationship after sale.
- Update daily sales activities in CRM or reporting system.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in meeting business owners and school management.
- Ability to explain software and digital marketing solutions.
- Basic understanding of websites, software, and digital marketing.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented attitude.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Software, SaaS, Education, IT, Telecom, Insurance, Banking, or Service Sales preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Preferred Experience
- 1–5 years in field sales.
- Experience selling software, ERP, SaaS, educational products, digital marketing, or IT services.
