Job Summary
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for leading the overall financial strategy, governance, and performance . The CFO will oversee financial planning, accounting, taxation, treasury,banking, budgeting, compliance, audits, risk management, project finance, investor relations, and
business strategy. The role requires a commercially driven leader who can support business growth,
optimize profitability, and ensure strong financial control across all business verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership
. Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
. Provide strategic financial advice to the Managing Director and Board.
. Drive long-term financial planning and sustainable business growth.
. Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and expansion initiatives.
. Lead financial transformation and digitalization initiatives.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
. Lead annual budgeting and business planning.
. Develop rolling forecasts and long-term financial models.
. Monitor business performance against budgets.
. Conduct profitability, cost, and variance analysis.
. Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Accounting & Financial Reporting
. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.
. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
. Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and applicable regulations.
. Maintain robust accounting policies and internal controls.
. Ensure timely financial closing.
Treasury & Banking
. Manage the Group& treasury operations.
. Optimize working capital and cash flow.
. Develop banking relationships.
. Negotiate and manage:

. Letters of Credit (LC)
. Foreign Currency Facilities
. Oversee fund utilization and liquidity planning.
Taxation & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with:

. RBI Guidelines
. MCA Filings
. Transfer Pricing (if applicable)
. Other statutory and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with tax consultants and authorities during assessments and audits.
Audit & Internal Controls
Lead statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits.
Strengthen internal financial controls.
Develop and implement financial policies and SOPs.
Monitor compliance across all business units.
Ensure effective risk mitigation processes.
Project Finance & Capital Investment
Evaluate capital expenditure (CAPEX) proposals.
Conduct investment appraisals, ROI, IRR, and NPV analysis.
Support financing for manufacturing expansion and EPC projects.
Monitor project profitability and financial performance.
Oversee project funding and lender compliance.
Commercial & Business Finance
Evaluate commercial contracts and pricing strategies.
Support procurement and sales teams with financial insights.
Improve business margins through cost optimization.
Review customer credit limits and payment terms.
Drive profitability improvement initiatives.
Risk Management
Identify financial, operational, legal, and market risks.
Develop enterprise risk management frameworks.
Monitor foreign exchange exposure and commodity price risks.
Ensure adequate insurance coverage.
Establish business continuity and financial contingency plans.
Team Leadership
Lead Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, and Commercial Finance teams.
Build a high-performance finance function.
Mentor and develop finance professionals.
Define KPIs and performance objectives.
Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
MBA (Finance) preferred.
Additional qualifications such as CFA or CMA will be an advantage.
Experience
15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounts.
Minimum 5 years in a senior finance leadership role (CFO, Finance Director, VP Finance, or Head
of Finance).
Experience in manufacturing, renewable energy, EPC, infrastructure, or industrial sectors is
highly preferred.
Proven experience in strategic finance, banking, treasury, taxation, and corporate governance.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹166,000.00 per month
