About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Customer Sales Representative to drive our US B2B sales operations. In this role, you will represent our premium wellness products to US-based businesses.
You will lead the entire initial sales cycle: initiating outbound cold calls to targeted business leads, educating them on the benefits of our high-quality product, driving them to our website, selling product testers, and managing follow-ups to secure high-value bulk orders.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outbound dials to US business leads to introduce and create high-level awareness of our wellness products.
- Lead Engagement & Conversion: Present product benefits persuasively, handle objections confidently, and guide prospects to our websites.
- Tester Sales: Pitch and close sales for product sample testers as a critical entry point for bulk business.
- Lead Nurturing & Follow-up: Utilize professional email correspondence and tools to schedule structured callbacks for closing bulk commercial orders.
- Data Management: Accurately update customer records, log call outcomes, and manage sales pipelines using MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate or Undergraduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a US B2B sales/dialing process is mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Near-native English communication skills (written and verbal) with a strong ability to build rapport, engage US clients, and drive conversions.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook for tracking leads and communicating with clients.
- Work Flexibility: Fully comfortable working from our Andheri West office in a dedicated night shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST).
- Location: Candidates residing in the Mumbai Suburban region are preferred for ease of commute.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Bracket: ₹2,16,000 – ₹3,60,000 Per Annum (Fixed CTC, depending on experience and interview performance).
