Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage daily customer queries related to soundbox services. The role involves handling customer communication, basic troubleshooting, complaint tracking, follow-ups, and coordination for issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle daily customer calls, messages, and support requests related to soundbox devices/services.
· Understand customer issues and provide basic troubleshooting support.
· Maintain complaint records and update status regularly.
· Follow up with customers until issue closure.
· Coordinate with internal teams for escalations, replacements, or technical support.
· Identify repeated customer issues and report them for process improvement.
· Prepare daily support updates including received, resolved, and pending cases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Good communication skills and customer handling ability.
· Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, data entry).
· Ability to learn product/process information quickly.
· Patient and professional approach while handling customers.
· Good follow-up and record-keeping skills.
· Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be reliable, disciplined, comfortable speaking with customers, and able to follow defined processes and escalation procedures.
