Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented ERPNext Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting ERPNext solutions while working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure ERPNext modules based on business requirements
- Gather and analyze client requirements and map them to ERP workflows
- Provide functional support, user training, and maintain proper documentation
- Coordinate with technical and functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct system testing, identify issues, and troubleshoot effectively
- Customize workflows and suggest process improvements aligned with business needs
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and client satisfaction
- Assist in system upgrades, data migration, and post-implementation support
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working with ERPNext
- Strong understanding of ERPNext modules and business processes
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to analyze requirements and provide effective functional solutions
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Experience in documentation and end-user training
- Basic understanding of business domains such as Finance, HR, or Inventory is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ERP implementation projects
- Familiarity with Frappe framework (added advantage)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
