- Visit assigned sites on a regular basis to monitor and verify work progress
- Check and record details of materials installed at each site
- Maintain accurate data entry records using Microsoft Excel
- Prepare inventory reports showing used, unused, and damaged materials
- Capture clear photographs of materials, installations, and completed work
- Update daily/weekly work completion status reports
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, or project managers for data verification
- Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and submitted on time
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of site data and images
