Job Description
Redion is hiring an experienced International Team Leader to lead high-performing customer support teams in an international process.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to drive team performance while ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of customer support executives.
- Monitor daily team performance, attendance, productivity, and quality metrics.
- Conduct coaching sessions, feedback discussions, and performance reviews.
- Handle customer and client escalations effectively.
- Ensure SLA, quality, and productivity targets are consistently achieved.
- Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
- Coordinate with Operations Managers to achieve business objectives.
- Drive employee engagement and continuous process improvement.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an International Team Leader (Mandatory).
- Excellent English Communication Skills (C1 Level Mandatory).
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Experience in KPI management, team coaching, and client handling.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Work Schedule - Work From Office – Andheri West, Mumbai
- Rotational Shifts - 6 Days Working - 1 Rotational Week Off
