Job Description
JJ EPC Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to oversee and manage site execution activities for building construction projects at our Jamnagar site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site execution and ensure work progresses as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution
- Monitor manpower, material consumption, and site productivity
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Review work progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues at the site level
- Coordinate with billing, procurement, QA/QC, and safety teams for seamless project delivery
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and construction best practices
Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering (Diploma Civil with relevant experience may also be considered)
- 8–10 years of experience in building construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodology, drawings, and site coordination
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP systems will be an advantage
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
