Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles.
- Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with department heads and hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with interview panels.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary, issue offer letters, and assist with onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated with recruitment trends and best HR practices.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
