Job description:
We are looking for a PE Swimming Teacher who can handle both Physical Education (PE) and Swimming training for school students. The candidate will be responsible for promoting physical fitness, teaching sports activities, and ensuring safe and effective swimming sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train students in swimming (basic to advanced levels)
- Ensure safety and discipline during swimming sessions
- Teach water safety, breathing techniques, and swimming strokes
- Plan and execute sports and fitness activities
- Organize school sports events, competitions, and swimming activities
- Monitor students’ physical development and performance
- Maintain attendance and daily activity reports
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of sports and pool equipment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Physical Education (B.P.Ed / D.P.Ed preferred)
- Certification in Swimming / Lifeguard / CPR (mandatory)
- Experience in teaching PE and swimming in schools preferred
- Strong knowledge of sports and fitness training
- Good communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to handle students of different age groups
