Designation: Executive Assistant/ Office Manager
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Experience:2–5 Years Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage MD’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external clients on behalf of MD.
- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, MOMs, and business documents.
- Handle confidential information and maintain proper records.
- Draft emails, letters, proposals, and official communication.
- Follow up on pending tasks, meetings, and project updates.
- Organize meetings, conferences, and business events.
- Maintain data in Excel and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Screen calls, prioritize correspondence, and manage office communication.
- Assist MD in operational and administrative activities.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Professional attitude with good presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Salary:
As per company norms & experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
