Job Summary WSNE Consulting is looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various IT positions. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions for niche technology roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Job Hai, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements.
Mandatory Hiring Experience Candidates must have experience hiring for one or more of the following technologies: - Java - Cybersecurity - Generative AI (GenAI) - Machine Learning (ML) - Data Analytics - Web Development - Front-End Development - Back-End Development - SAP - REST APIs - Cloud Technologies - AWS
Required Skills
- 1–5 years of IT recruitment experience.
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies and technical hiring.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
