Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers regarding vehicle purchases, service reminders, and feedback.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Support dealership promotional activities and customer engagement programs.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Positive attitude with a professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, hospitality, or automobile dealership will be an added advantage.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate / Diploma Holder
