MAAD Concepts is a growing architecture, interior design, and construction company specializing in premium residential and commercial projects across Kerala and Bangalore. We are looking for a passionate Site Engineer who can efficiently manage construction activities and ensure project quality from start to finish.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
- Interpret and execute construction drawings and plans accurately.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Ensure quality standards and site safety protocols are maintained.
- Manage labor allocation and site resources effectively.
- Track material requirements and coordinate procurement needs.
- Prepare site reports and communicate updates to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on site engineering experience.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Experience in supervising construction activities and labor management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and building methods.
