CodeSapient Labs Private Limited is hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) for our Mohali office. We are looking for candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, lead generation, and client communication.
Location: Phase 8B, Sector 74, Mohali
Work Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Experience Required: 6 Months – 1 Year
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Depending on experience and current package)
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through online platforms and other channels
- Handle bidding on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer
- Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements
- Maintain follow-ups and build strong client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for project discussions
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of bidding platforms and lead generation
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Quick learner with a proactive approach
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
