Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to promote awareness and understanding of responsible AI principles within the organization.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on ethical AI goals.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their skills in responsible AI practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Spark.
- Experience with distributed data processing and large-scale data analytics using Apache Spark.
- Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts and pipeline development.
- Ability to optimize and troubleshoot Spark applications for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with integrating Apache Spark with other big data tools and platforms.
- Understanding of data governance and security best practices in AI environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Apache Spark.
- This position is based at client onsite locations within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
