Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products
Handle billing, invoicing, and basic cash transactions
Maintain product displays and ensure store cleanliness
Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers clearly
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Assist in stock management and inventory checks
Follow store policies and achieve sales targets
Requirements:
Experience in retail sales industry.
Good communication skills in Tamil (English is a plus)
Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented attitude
Basic computer knowledge for billing systems
Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
Preferred Skills:
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Interest in jewellery and fashion trends
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
