Senior Site Engineer – Roles and Responsibilities
Job Location - KHALAPUR
Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight:
- Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety guidelines.
- Team and Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers, architects, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of work and uninterrupted material flow.
- Technical and Problem-Solving skills:
Review and interpret technical documents, identify and resolve on-site issues, and provide engineering guidance and solutions to construction teams.Conduct frequent inspections and ensure all construction work adheres to prescribed quality standards, specifications, and best practices.Track project costs, optimize resource utilization, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining efficiency and productivity.Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, and maintain a secure and compliant working environment for all personnel.Prepare detailed progress reports outlining work status, key milestones, risks, and updates for senior management and stakeholders.Lead and mentor junior engineers and site staff, delegate responsibilities effectively, and foster teamwork and accountability on-site.Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in site engineering and construction management.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of construction software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D, MS Excel, MSP are essential.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
