Before You Apply
As part of the application process, every applicant is required to complete a short creative assignment.
Creative Assignment
Using publicly available content from @samarpannorg, create a 20 to 30 second Instagram Reel highlighting Samarpan's work in menstrual health for girls in rural India.
Your Reel should make someone discovering Samarpan for the first time want to follow, share, donate, or learn more.
Submit:
- Google Drive link to your Reel
- AI tools used, if any
Applications without the assignment will not be considered.
What You'll Do
- Create engaging Reels, static posts, carousels, and short videos.
- Turn field photos, videos, and updates into compelling stories.
- Write captions and social media copy.
- Use AI tools to improve content creation and editing.
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
We're Looking For
- Strong portfolio of social media content.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar.
- Familiarity with AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Runway, or ElevenLabs.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
