Job Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects utilizing program management and Agile methodology. The individual will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery within scope, on time, and within budget.
1. 10+ years of experience in software project and program management, delivering complex, multi‑team, multi‑release enterprise applications.
2. Proven experience managing the end‑to‑end software development lifecycle, from program initiation and planning through execution, release, and closure.
3. Hands‑on experience driving program planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, dependency management, and critical path execution.
4. Strong experience using project, program, and enterprise tracking tools (e.g., Jira,Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent) for scope, schedule, and delivery management.
5. Demonstrated experience in capacity planning, resource forecasting, and utilization management across multiple teams and programs.
6. Experience managing program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and forecast‑vs‑actual tracking.
7. Strong background in program‑level risk, issue, and change management, ensuring predictable and on‑time delivery.
8. Experience creating and delivering executive‑level dashboards, insights, and reports to provide transparency into program health, progress, and risks.
9. Working experience coordinating delivery in Scrum and scaled delivery environments, while maintaining overall program governance and accountability.
10. Experience leveraging AI and data‑driven insights to improve program planning, forecasting accuracy, risk identification, and delivery predictability.
11. Exposure to AI‑enabled tools or platforms for reporting automation, or engineering efficiency.
12. Proven ability to align cross‑functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, Finance, and Business stakeholders.
13. Strong experience with stakeholder communication, executive reviews, and escalation management across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the project team throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
3. Implement agile methodology to drive project execution and delivery.
4. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
5. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project completion.
6. Manage project documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.
7. Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
8. Collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve project objectives.
9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process.
10. Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business goals and objectives.
