About the Partnership's Role
You will build and grow strategic partnerships across high-growth ecosystems in the US and Europe. As part of a small, fast-moving team, you will work closely with founders, sales, marketing and product to expand Loops reach through joint initiatives, co-marketing, and ecosystem collaborations. Your work will directly influence market presence, lead generation, and long-term partner engagement.
Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners aligned with Loops business goals

Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including executives, influencers, and decision-makers

Plan, execute, and optimize joint campaignsco-marketing, events, content, and community engagements

Align partners on shared KPIs related to lead generation, opportunities, and pipeline

Drive partner enablement through training, support, and ongoing communication

Host and organize webinars, LinkedIn Live sessions, and virtual events with partners

Track partner performance, share insights, and iterate for growth

Represent Loop at online/offline events and stay updated on ecosystem and market trends
Ideal Profile

Experience in Partnerships, SaaS Sales, Account Management, or ecosystem development

Prior experience managing external stakeholders, agencies, or clients in a relationship-driven role

Proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving ability

Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable on video calls and email outreach

Socially active on LinkedIn/Twitter and aware of cultural nuances across regions
