Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Lead who can independently own and drive the full spectrum of marketing for a fast-growing, niche-sector business. The person will be responsible for brand presence, digital growth, lead generation, content, events, and B2B marketing across both our verticals.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can think strategically and execute operationally, understands the difference between B2B and consumer marketing, and is comfortable creating marketing in a technical, high-involvement sector. Experience in construction, infrastructure, real estate, or manufacturing is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Performance
Plan and manage paid digital campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other relevant platforms
Own the agency relationship — briefing, creative review, performance tracking, and budget decisions
Analyse campaign data (CPL, CPR, ROAS) and continuously optimise for lead quality and cost efficiency
Drive paid and organic lead generation strategies in alignment with sales targets
2. Social Media & Organic Growth
Own content planning, scheduling, and publishing across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Drive consistent organic growth in reach, views, followers, and audience engagement
Develop platform-specific content strategies suited to our B2B and technical audience
Monitor social analytics and iterate based on performance data
3. Content & Thought Leadership
Develop and manage a content calendar covering blogs, case studies, video scripts, and LinkedIn articles
Write and ghost-write content for the founder’s personal brand and company communications
Translate complex precast and construction concepts into accessible, compelling content
Build a consistent content pipeline that positions Modular Pulse as a thought leader in the precast sector
4. Events & Summits
Lead end-to-end marketing for the Precast Business Summit and other events — including campaign planning, registrations, and post-event follow-up
Manage pre-event hype campaigns, WhatsApp outreach sequences, and email marketing
Coordinate event collateral, on-ground branding, and delegate communications
Support business development and sales in converting event leads into pipeline
5. PR & Promotions
Identify and pursue PR opportunities — industry publications, press coverage, podcast features, and speaking engagements
Build relationships with relevant media, industry associations, and external platforms
Manage external communications including announcements, credentials, and company milestones
6. Brand Governance
Act as the custodian of the Modular Pulse brand — ensuring consistency in tone, positioning, and visual identity across all assets
Review all outward-facing materials before publication or distribution
Enforce brand guidelines across internal teams, vendors, and agency partners
Maintain an up-to-date brand library including logos, templates, guidelines, and approved messaging
7. CRM & Marketing Ops
Own the marketing-to-sales handoff — ensuring leads are correctly captured, tagged, and passed to the sales team
Manage WhatsApp campaign execution via Wati and CRM integrations
Work across GHL (GoHighLevel), Togile CRM, and marketing automation tools to run campaigns and track performance
Maintain lead quality standards and collaborate with sales on pipeline health
8. Marketing Collateral, Presentations & Catalogues
Manage the creation of all marketing collateral — brochures, product catalogues, capability decks, and proposal templates
Work with the design team to produce high-quality, on-brand print and digital materials
Ensure all collateral is updated, version-controlled, and aligned with current positioning
Support business development and sales teams with tailored pitch decks and client-facing presentations
9. Website, Funnels & Landing Pages
Own the company website and product microsites — managing content updates, SEO hygiene, and performance
Track and report on website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics or equivalent tools
Build and manage landing pages and sales funnels for campaigns, events, and lead generation
Work with tech and design resources to continuously improve UX, load speed, and conversion rates
10. Reporting & Analytics
Maintain marketing dashboards covering campaign performance, social metrics, website traffic, and lead generation
Provide regular reporting to leadership on marketing KPIs, spend efficiency, and growth metrics
Use data to make informed decisions on budget allocation, content strategy, and channel prioritisation
