Summary

Andersen is hiring an ML/AI Engineer in India for a project driving GenAI initiatives, building intelligent solutions to improve automation and optimize business processes.

The project is focused on driving GenAI initiatives across the platform, developing intelligent solutions that enhance automation, improve user experience, and optimize business processes.

Responsibilities

Driving GenAI initiatives across the platform and identifying high-value AI use cases.
Designing, developing, and deploying LLM-based solutions, including RAG systems and AI agents.
Building AI-powered process automation and predictive model solutions.
Integrating GenAI services into existing platform products and workflows.
Establishing and improving production of MLOps processes for scalable and reliable AI delivery.
Monitoring AI solution performance and continuously optimizing models and pipelines.
Evaluating new GenAI technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Requirements

Experience as an ML/AI Engineer for 5+ years.
Strong experience with Python for 3+ years.
Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and/or LangSmith.
Practical experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
Strong knowledge of LLM agent design and orchestration patterns.
Proven experience with production MLOps practices.
Experience delivering AI use cases such as automation, predictive analytics, or intelligent assistants.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

Experience working with Azure cloud services.
Knowledge of Java.
Experience with frontend frameworks, especially Angular.
