We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive end-to-end sales, from lead generation to deal closure our client base for IT services including Web Development, Mobile Applications, Digital Marketing, and Custom Software Solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, bidding portals, and other lead generation channels
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT services and solutions
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and presentations with clients
- Conduct follow-ups, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals
- Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams for smooth project handover
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, and client interactions using CRM tools
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Minimum 6months to 5 years of experience in IT service-based sales or business development (Frehser & intern can also apply)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience handling domestic and international clients is a plus
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Preferred - Immediate joiner.
