Role Overview:
The Business Development – Lead Generation Executive at Flyvi is responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating first-level outreach, and generating qualified leads for our engineering and manufacturing service offerings. The role focuses on proactive cold calling, market research, and building a strong top-of-funnel sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted cold calls to prospective clients across engineering, manufacturing, product development, and plant engineering domains.
- Identify decision-makers, introduce Flyvi’s service capabilities, and create interest in our solutions.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads, ensuring a steady flow of potential opportunities for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead databases, track interactions, and share timely follow-ups.
- Perform basic market and competitor research to support strategic outreach.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to convert qualified leads into meetings or proposals.
Core Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and clear calling approach.
- Ability to articulate Flyvi's engineering and manufacturing service offerings effectively.
- Good understanding of B2B markets and industrial segments (engineering, electronics, mechanical, plant engineering, etc.).
- High self-motivation, target-orientation, and persistence in lead-generation activities. Basic CRM usage knowledge and structured documentation habits.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1–4 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or inside sales (preferably in engineering or technical services).
- Comfortable interacting with CXOs, engineering managers, procurement teams, and product owners.
- Fast learner with curiosity to understand technical services and customer pain points.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
