Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Production Head to lead our corrugated packaging manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, manpower management, quality control, machine utilization, dispatch coordination, and achieving daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure timely completion of customer orders.
- Monitor quality standards and reduce rejections.
- Manage production manpower and shift operations.
- Coordinate with stores, dispatch, and sales teams.
- Optimize machine utilization and productivity.
- Control wastage and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain production records and reporting systems.
- Ensure workplace discipline and safety compliance.
- Handle troubleshooting and production bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in corrugated box manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of corrugation, printing, die-cutting, stitching, and pasting operations.
- Experience in production planning and manpower management.
- Ability to achieve production targets under tight timelines.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and production reporting.
Salary
₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and capability)
