Lead and manage the field sales team
Monitor team performance and productivity
Achieve assigned business targets
Support team members in lead generation and customer acquisition
Conduct regular field visits and market analysis
Prepare reports and coordinate with management
Ensure smooth execution of business operations within the assigned territory
