Sales Manager – Business Development: Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.
- Develop and implement sales and business development strategies.
- Coordinate with operations, production, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and present performance updates to management.
- Achieve revenue growth and expand the company's customer base.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
