Job Description
Darshan Academy is looking for a friendly, confident, and organized Telecaller cum Receptionist to manage front desk operations and handle student enquiries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Follow up with admission enquiries and generate walk-ins.
- Welcome students, parents, and visitors at the reception.
- Explain courses, fees, and admission procedures.
- Maintain enquiry records and student databases.
- Schedule counselling sessions and appointments.
- Respond to WhatsApp messages, emails, and social media enquiries.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams.
- Maintain reception cleanliness and office decorum.
- Prepare daily enquiry and admission reports.
Requirements
- Graduate (Preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, reception, customer service, or sales.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email, WhatsApp).
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
Salary
₹6,000 – ₹10,000per month (Based on experience)
