Role Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Sales Coordinators to handle student admissions, drive sales, and manage resident relationships across our hostel units. The role involves tele calling, counselling, lead management, and ensuring prompt and professional communication with prospective residents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tele calling & Lead Management:
o Initiate outbound calls to leads, providing detailed information about hostel facilities.
o Maintain and update lead information in Google Sheets.
o Ensure timely follow-ups and professional responses to all inquiries.
2. Admissions & Lead Tracking:
o Develop daily sales activity reports and manage lead databases.
o Prepare admission and exit reports.
o Oversee online application forms and follow-up processes.
3. Financial Management:
o Ensure accurate booking updates and timely fee collection as per the schedule.
o Process No Objection Certificates and security deposit refunds.
4. Resident Engagement & Services:
o Design and execute onboarding processes for new residents.
o Plan and manage resident engagement events.
o Address grievances and manage feedback effectively.
o Develop and implement strategies for resident retention.
o Enforce discipline and adherence to the code of conduct for residents.
5. Facility & Inventory Management:
o Update and manage occupancy and vacancy records.
o Ensure the functionality of the SpaceBasic app and address any maintenance issues or resident concerns.
6. Marketing & Branding:
o Monitor and manage online reviews and ratings.
o Oversee marketing materials and branding initiatives.
o Implement marketing strategies to attract new residents.
7. Reporting & Documentation:
o Generate and maintain monthly MIS reports.
o Ensure accurate student records and maintain confidentiality.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Qualified leads generated.
Outbound calls made and followed up.
Conversion rates from leads to sales.
Achievement of sales targets.
Accuracy and timeliness in database management.
Student satisfaction scores.
Candidate Requirements:
Proficiency in English, Hindi, Kannada (Telugu, and Malayalam is an advantage).
Experience in student housing sales is advantageous.
Willingness to work on weekends during peak seasons.
Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and flexibility in relocation.
Residence within a 10 km radius from the city centre for ease of commuting.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
