We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who is passionate about building strong teams, fostering a positive workplace culture, and contributing to the overall growth of the organisation.
As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, implementing HR policies, and driving employee engagement initiatives. You will work closely with leadership and employees across the organisation to ensure a seamless employee experience while helping build an efficient, compliant, and people-centric workplace.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience.
- Support payroll, attendance, leave management, and other day-to-day HR operations.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
- Partner with department heads to address HR-related matters and support organisational growth and workforce planning.
- Experience: 2-3 years
- Education: Graduate degree (BCom, BBA, specialised in HR).
- Excellent communication skills , verbal and written (English required; Hindi/Kannada).
- Enthusiastic, disciplined, and focused with a “never give up” attitude.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple internal tasks simultaneously.
