Job Overview
We are looking for two experienced and hands-on Civil Foremen to supervise day-to-day site operations. You will be responsible for arranging and managing labor, ensuring high-quality execution, and maintaining strict safety standards across both structural and finishing stages of the project.
Key Responsibilities
● Supervise daily on-site construction activities, ensuring work aligns with structural and architectural drawings.
● Oversee civil structural works (shuttering conventional/Mivan, reinforcement, concreting) as well as finishing works (brickwork, plastering, tiling, painting, and waterproofing).
● Arrange and allocate tasks to labor teams, subcontractors, and artisans efficiently to meet daily targets.
● Maintain quality control and ensure zero wastage of materials on-site.
● Enforce safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work zones. Requirements & Skills ● Proven experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in residential/commercial construction projects.
● Sound practical knowledge of concrete structures and high-end finishing standards.
● Ability to read and accurately interpret structural, MEP, and architectural drawings.
● Strong labor management skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
