About the Role
Gleuhr Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, drive business growth, lead the clinic team, and ensure an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, operational, and sales management skills while maintaining high standards of service, hygiene, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the clinic and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Drive clinic revenue and achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the clinic team, including Doctors, Clinic Counselors, Therapists, Receptionists, and Dietitians.
- Monitor consultation conversions and support the counseling team in achieving targets.
- Ensure exceptional patient service and handle customer escalations professionally.
- Maintain clinic hygiene, cleanliness, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the Head Office regarding operations, inventory, HR, and marketing activities.
- Ensure proper inventory management and prevent stock shortages or wastage.
- Implement promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives to increase footfall.
- Monitor clinic expenses and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and statutory requirements.
- Train, mentor, and develop the clinic team to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospital Management, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA or Hospital Administration qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience as a Branch Manager, Clinic Manager, Center Manager, Operations Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
- Experience in Dermatology, Aesthetic Clinics, Wellness Centres, Cosmetic Clinics, Healthcare, Beauty, or Hospitality will be preferred.
