About the Role:
We're looking for a professional, organized, and punctual Receptionist to manage our front office and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. As the first point of contact, you'll represent Stockwiz and help maintain an efficient and welcoming workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Report to the office sharp at 9:00 AM and open the premises.
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, interview candidates, and business partners.
- Monitor employee attendance, office entry/exit, and break timings.
- Maintain visitor and attendance records.
- Answer and route phone calls professionally.
- Coordinate couriers, deliveries, and meeting room arrangements.
- Ensure the reception and common areas remain clean and organized.
- Support HR and management with basic administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and office staff for smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- Graduate preferred.
- 1+ year experience in Reception, Front Office, or Administration (Freshers with excellent communication may apply).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge for Google Workspace.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and strong organizational skills.
