About Us
Target Tours India Pvt. Ltd. is a premier luxury travel company operating since 1993, based in New Delhi. We handle bespoke outbound/inbound travel, corporate accounts, MICE, group bookings, and visa services for a high-end clientele.
We are hiring an experienced Travel Advisor who is ready to hit the ground running from Day 1.
What You Will Do
Air Ticketing – Amadeus GDS
- Create, modify, and service PNRs on Amadeus
- Issue, reissue, void, and process refunds on domestic and international tickets
- Handle fare construction, married segments, OSI/SSR entries, and queue management
- Process schedule changes, reroutes, and client-driven modifications
Domestic Portals
- Book and issue tickets on domestic portals (Cleartrip for Business, Via.com, Riya, or similar)
- Compare fares across GDS and OTA platforms for best client value
Hotel Quoting
- Source and quote hotels via B2B portals (TBO, Hotelbeds, Booking.com B2B)
- Prepare client-ready hotel proposals with correct margins and inclusions
Visa Knowledge
- Guide clients on visa requirements for popular destinations (Schengen, UAE, USA, UK, SE Asia)
- Align ticketing with visa timelines and transit rules
Client Servicing
- Handle client queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email promptly and professionally
- Prepare accurate, well-structured quotes and itineraries
- Maintain booking records and CRM updates in real time
What We Need (All Points Mandatory)
- Minimum 1–5 years in a travel agency or airline ticketing role
- Strong Amadeus GDS skills: PNR, issue, reissue, refund, changes
- Working knowledge of domestic ticketing portals
- Basic visa knowledge for outbound destinations
- Ability to quote hotels from B2B portals
- Proficient in Google Sheets
- Team player with a company-first attitude
- Disciplined — no personal work during office hours
- Open to rotational shifts when required
- Follows process and instructions without shortcuts
