Responsible for supporting the Store Manager in daily store operations, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining product displays and stock accuracy, and achieving sales targets. Monitor staff attendance, discipline, store cleanliness, and compliance with company policies. Support the team in delivering smooth and efficient store operations.
Qualification: Plus Two/ Any Degree
Experience: Supermarket or Hypermarket experience
Pay: ₹12,147.80 - ₹16,000.00 per month
