Position: Event Co ordination / Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Preference will be given to candidates from Gujarat.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Experience: Minimum 02 to 05 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute domestic and international pharma exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, and customer events.
- Coordinate with event vendors, exhibition organizers, and internal technical teams
- Manage event logistics including stall design, branding materials, travel, and on-site arrangements
- Ensure timely setup and smooth execution of company presence at exhibitions
- Track event performance, leads generated, and ROI reports
- Maintain event calendars and budgets
- Handle social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) for brand awareness and lead generation
- Coordinate with designers for brochures, catalogs, videos, and digital creatives
