We are looking for a high-energy, persuasive communicator to join our team as a Telecaller. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for turning cold leads into warm opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to prospective customers to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Call Management: Handle both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and a sales-driven mindset.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Database Management: Maintain and update accurate records of all interactions within our CRM/Database.
- Strategic Follow-ups: Consistently track and follow up with leads to ensure high conversion rates.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales and calling targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional Communication: Clear, confident, and polite verbal communication in English
- Product Knowledge: The ability to quickly grasp technical details and explain product value propositions clearly.
- Fast Learner: Ability to adapt to new sales scripts, software, and changing market trends
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
