We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Mall Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our shopping mall. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple teams and maintain excellent relationships with retail brands and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall daily operations of the mall to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other operational teams.
- Monitor cleanliness, safety, and security standards throughout the premises.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail tenants, brand partners, and other stakeholders.
- Address tenant concerns and ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all mall policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.
- Lead, motivate, and develop on-site teams to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mall management, retail operations, facility management, hospitality, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and solve operational issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
- Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills.
