- Manage daily office operations and administrative functions.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and greet visitors professionally.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and databases.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Ensure office equipment is functioning and arrange maintenance when needed.
- Support management with administrative projects and other assigned duties.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
