Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented BDE fresher to join our growth team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of the IT service industry and a proven track record during their internship. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and generating high-quality leads for our development services.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email marketing, and social media (LinkedIn)
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of platforms like Upwork to identify relevant projects.
- Understand client requirements for IT services (Web/Mobile App Development) and coordinate with the technical team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with international and domestic clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- A completed 3 to 6-month internship specifically in IT Sales or Business Development.
- Familiarity with tools used for lead generation.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are a must. You should be able to draft professional proposals and speak confidently with international clients.
Pay: ₹10,575.94 - ₹37,158.96 per month
