About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who has a strong creative mindset and can deliver premium-quality designs for multiple brands across different industries. If you're passionate about visual storytelling, branding, and creating scroll-stopping creatives, we'd love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative and engaging social media posts, banners, carousels, ad creatives, and marketing materials for clients across various industries.
- Create visually appealing graphics while maintaining each client's brand identity.
- Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube thumbnails, brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the social media and marketing team to understand campaign objectives and deliver high-quality creatives.
- Develop concepts, layouts, and visual ideas from briefs and content.
- Ensure timely delivery of designs while managing multiple client projects.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, typography, color theory, and AI-powered design workflows.
Required Skills
- 1.5–2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Ability to create premium, modern, and conversion-focused creatives.
- Experience designing for social media, digital ads, branding, and print materials.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Lightroom (basic)
- Canva Pro
- Figma
- Adobe Express
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI design tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and teamwork skills.
