Job Summary
The Radiant Institute is looking for a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher who can teach students from Grades 7 to 10 (CBSE & ICSE). The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to simplify mathematical concepts for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics to students of Grades 7 to 10 (CBSE & ICSE).
- Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based lessons.
- Prepare students for school exams, unit tests, and board examinations.
- Create worksheets, assignments, and test papers.
- Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback.
- Track student progress and communicate regularly with parents when required.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and institute activities.
- Complete syllabus within the scheduled timeline.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- B.Ed. is preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in CBSE/ICSE curriculum.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong command over Mathematics concepts for Grades 7–10.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts using practical and easy-to-understand methods.
- Good classroom management and student engagement skills.
