Main Responsibilities
Taking site measurements and quantity calculations
Preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
Coordinating with site teams, clients, and contractors
Verifying site quantities according to drawings
Preparing material quantity and progress reports
Assisting in costing and estimation
Maintaining project documentation and monitoring timelines
Reporting site issues and delays
Desired Skills
Experience in Quantity Surveying or construction field
Knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity calculations
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD
Ability to handle site measurements independently
