Job Description:
The Regional Head – Institutions will lead EazyLink Services institutional partnerships, business expansion, and academic collaborations across the assigned region. The role is responsible for building strategic relationships with colleges, universities, schools, training centers, and educational groups to promote international education pathways, twinning programs, study abroad opportunities, and career-focused initiatives.
This is a leadership role focused on driving student mobility, institutional tie ups, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships aligned with EazyLink’s expansion strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop partnerships with colleges, universities, schools, and training institutions.
- Sign MoUs and institutional tie-ups for student recruitment, twinning, and pathway programs.
- Organize seminars, expos, workshops, and campus engagement events (career guidance programs).
- Execute regional growth plans and expand market presence.
- Appoint and manage channel partners, franchise associates, and consultants.
- Promote career-focused programs in Project Management, Healthcare, Business, AI, and STEM.
- Build strong relationships with Principals, Management Teams, and academic leaders.
- Track Seminar Data, admissions pipeline, revenue, and monthly performance reports.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s / MBA (preferred)
- Proven experience in overseas education / international admissions
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
- Target-oriented with a strong business mindset
- Ability to manage multiple locations and teams
