Nature of Work
: The role involves overseeing a diverse range of projects including Civil work, utility work, landscaping, automation & other infrastructure projects initiated by Maruti Suzuki as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives
Technical/ Functional Requirement
:
- Project Management Expertise: Experience managing IT projects, implementation of technology solutions, and electrical/electronic systems.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Ability to handle all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Vendor Management: Experience in negotiating with vendors, managing procurement processes, and ensuring quality resource acquisition.
- Risk Management: Proficient in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the entire lifecycle of the project, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Prepare comprehensive project plans, including BOQ, specifications, and timelines
- Conduct negotiations with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and quality resources.
- Place orders and oversee procurement processes in line with project requirements.
- Implement projects coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project progress through schedules, Gantt charts, and other project management tools.
- Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
