Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team in planning and executing marketing activities. The ideal candidate will assist with digital marketing, social media, content coordination, market research, promotional campaigns, and administrative tasks while helping improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and exhibitions.
- Manage social media content and monitor engagement.
- Create marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and email campaigns.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research.
- Support website updates, SEO, and digital marketing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and partners.
- Track campaign performance, leads, and key marketing metrics.
- Maintain marketing databases, records, contact lists, and documentation.
- Monitor industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging channels.
- Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education Graduate and any other specialization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of marketing and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with social media and content creation.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Research, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Creative, proactive, and adaptable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with Canva, photoshop and CorelDRAW.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and marketing analytics.
- Experience in social media management and digital content creation.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
